Shabrina Almas Zatadini is a Business and Human Rights Specialist at the Foundation for International Human Rights
Reporting Standards (FIHRRST), where she leads multi-stakeholder initiatives on responsible business conduct, human
rights due diligence, and corporate accountability. Her work includes managing projects with government institutions,
international organizations, civil society, and the private sector, focusing on capacity-building, Human Rights Impact
Assessments (HRIA), Human Rights Due Diligence (HRDD), stakeholder engagement, and Free, Prior and Informed
Consent (FPIC) verification. She has also contributed to sustainability reporting aligned with Indonesian regulations and
international standards such as OJK Regulation No. 51/POJK.03/2017, IFRS, and the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI).
In addition, she has collaborated with international partners including the International Labour Organization (ILO),
APINDO, and Japan’s Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) to develop guidance on responsible business
conduct, and previously served as a trainee at the European External Action Service (EEAS) at the Delegation of the
European Union to Indonesia
