At the Foundation for International Human Rights Reporting Standards (FIHRRST), Marseli has contributed to initiatives supporting responsible business practices in Indonesia, including conducting human rights assessments and due diligence for companies in sectors such as coal, oil and gas, pulp and paper, and mining. She also provides technical assistance in developing human rights policies and Human Rights Due Diligence (HRDD) procedures aligned with international standards. In addition, she has led research on corporate human rights performance and sustainability reporting of Indonesian public companies based on OJK Regulation No. 51/POJK.03/2017 and the GRI Standards, endorsed by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Marseli also has experience leading sustainability reporting processes aligned with frameworks such as GRI 2021 Standards, IDX ESG Metrics, TCFD, and IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards (IFRS S1 and S2), supporting companies in strengthening transparency and ESG performance.
