At FIHRRST, Ms. Bester oversees programme coordination, ensuring effective implementation, monitoring, and
evaluation of project activities. She has extensive experience facilitating stakeholder engagement processes, including
workshops, focus group discussions, consultations, and interviews, particularly in projects supported by United Nations
agencies. She has served as a consultant for the UNDP Business and Human Rights (B+HR) Academy, delivering training
sessions and Human Rights Due Diligence (HRDD) trainings in Jakarta and Sumatra, and contributing to research on
responsible business practices in supply chains in Indonesia. She also supports capacity-building initiatives by training
companies and stakeholders on business and human rights principles and assisting in the development of corporate
human rights policies, due diligence procedures, and grievance mechanisms.
