Toha Syuhada is a Sustainability Analyst at the Foundation for International Human Rights Reporting Standards (FIHRRST), where he supports corporations in strengthening their environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance and disclosures in line with both Indonesian and international standards. His work focuses on ESG strategy development, stakeholder engagement, and the assessment of sustainability and climate-related risks and opportunities. He has experience supporting companies in conducting Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (ESIA) and Human Rights Due Diligence (HRDD), as well as developing sustainability reporting aligned with frameworks such as SEOJK 16/2021, IFRS Sustainability Standards (IFRS S1 and S2), SASB, TCFD, the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs), and IFC Performance Standards.
