Ratih Ananda Putri is a business and human rights specialist with experience in managing sustainability and corporate
accountability projects in Indonesia. Her work focuses on integrating human rights principles into business operations
through research, policy development, and stakeholder engagement. She supports companies in implementing human
rights due diligence, preparing human rights and sustainability reports, and facilitating training programs across sectors
such as pulp and paper, mining, oil and gas, technology, electronics, and pharmaceuticals. She has also contributed as a
consultant to the UNDP Business and Human Rights (B+HR) initiative and managed projects supported by international
organizations including UNDP, Oxfam, the International Labour Organization (ILO), and diplomatic missions such as the
Embassies of Switzerland and Belgium
