Netya is a business and human rights researcher interested in women's rights, labor rights, and sustainability issues. While studying for her Bachelor’s degree, she was focused on social matters such as human rights.

At FIHRRST, Netya is a team member assisting several business and human rights projects. She was a project supporter for the UNDP B+HR Academy. She also assisted several research projects regarding human rights issues.
