Business and Human Rights in South East Asia

Business and Human Rights in South East Asia

James Kallman, one of FIHRRST’s founders, was invited to contribute a chapter to Business and Human Rights in South East Asia: Risk and the Regulatory Turn. His contribution may be found in chapter 9: The New Frontier: Due Diligence & Developing and Implementing Human Rights Audits in Souteast Asia.

Moreover, having met many of his fellow contributors at regional and international conferences on human rights, Mr. Kallman can attest to their capabilities to contribute on their particular areas of expertise.

Mr. Kallman thus considers this book to be not only an important reference to the current state of affairs in regard to business and human rights within the region, but also a directory for likely future advances. As such, it is considered to be a valuable tool for both students of the subject and those tasked with implementing human rights observance into their jurisdiction, either from a business or regulatory standpoint.
